Let the traveller choose the help

Some older travellers use phones confidently and only need larger text; others would like help with unfamiliar booking steps. Ask before changing settings, explaining a screen or taking over. A slow response is not a reason to remove someone's phone, and an entrance queue is a poor place to teach a complete workflow.

Keep a simple record of who has a confirmed booking and who needs help. Avoid posting full identity numbers or complete entry codes in a large family chat. One named coordinator makes progress easier to establish than several relatives operating at once.

Check the specific booking requirements

Consult the attraction or booking platform's official information for identity details, dates, entry verification and whether booking for someone else is supported. Match each person's details carefully. Ask official support about uncertainty instead of importing assumptions from a previous attraction.

Eligibility, document requirements and procedures can change. This article gives no universal age threshold or current discount promise. Before payment, explain the booking, intended visit and any action the traveller must take. If a transaction appears to fail, check its status before attempting payment again.

Distinguish a record from an entry credential

A screenshot can preserve order information without being a valid admission credential. Establish what staff need to see and whether the required page can be accessed when needed. Check the responsible phone's battery and prepare any documents required by the provider. A screenshot of a live page does not automatically enable offline entry.

Organise the materials somewhere safe before reaching the entrance. One relative can assist during verification while others keep their own belongings ready. Avoid blocking a gate while several people search different phones.

Resolve problems through official assistance

If a page will not load or verification fails, follow staff directions to a service point. Explain the order status and the step that failed. Do not hand over verification codes to strangers. Tell your relative what has been resolved and remove unnecessary temporary copies while keeping required booking records in their original controlled channel.
