The Beijing municipal English portal reported on June 6 that the 2026 Beijing Inbound Tourism Development Conference released 10 new experience scenarios for overseas visitors. One of them is an 'Innovative Traditional Chinese Medicine and Wellness Experience'.

The official list names Tongrentang Zhima Health, Z'an TCM Clinic, Dongzhimen Hospital affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Pingxintang Clinic, Zhongwei Yuyuan Wellness Dining and Xiyuan Hospital of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.

For international patients, this is a destination-development signal rather than a treatment recommendation. It shows where Beijing is choosing to present regulated TCM and wellness experiences to inbound travelers, while any consultation scope, language support, booking method and suitability for a specific condition still need to be checked with each provider.
