Beijing links medical booking, airport help and multilingual support in four visitor platforms

Beijing says its four-platform foreign-visitor service system now combines hospital appointment booking, airport counters, multilingual issue support, SIM services and scenario-based online guidance through GO BEIJING, Jingtong, the city portal and Beijing Service counters.

The Beijing Municipal Administration of Government Services and Data Management said on May 15 that the city has built an integrated support system for international visitors around GO BEIJING, the English version of Jingtong, the International Web Portal of Beijing and Beijing Service airport counters.

For medical-travel planning, the most relevant detail is that the Jingtong app includes hospital appointment booking, while the web portal offers scenario-based packages that include scheduling medical visits. The airport counters also provide first-stop practical help with transport, telecom and related arrival needs.

This improves navigation, but it does not assign a hospital or guarantee appointment availability. Patients should still confirm specialist suitability, language support, accepted payment methods and document requirements directly with the licensed hospital or clinic.
