Shanghai's English-language portal reported on March 31 that the Dapuqiao Community Health Service Center in Huangpu district launched an official English WeChat account on March 25 to better serve international patients.

According to the notice, the account includes medical service guides, center profiles, health education content, vaccination schedule updates and infectious-disease prevention information. The portal also says patients can review pre-consultation information online and then use bilingual guidance and English-speaking doctors during visits.

For medical-travel families who may need follow-up care, basic consultations or vaccination information after arrival, this is a practical neighborhood-access improvement rather than a hospital booking guarantee. Availability, language coverage and appointment arrangements still need to be confirmed directly with the licensed provider.
