Guangzhou highlights multilingual access and neighborhood support for foreign residents
A city update links Guangzhou's new international medical tourism center with community-level language support, TCM consultation access and easier navigation for foreign residents.

An official Guangzhou service update on June 1 described a foreign women's health event that included traditional Chinese medicine consultations and breast-health screening support.
The same update said Guangzhou's International Medical Tourism Service Center, launched in April, works with 17 pilot international medical service hospitals and aims to provide end-to-end non-clinical support during a visitor's stay.
Local officials also said they are considering more bilingual signage and foreign-language volunteer escorts, which could make routine visits and follow-up navigation easier for residents and short-term visitors.
