Boao Lecheng opens a new international medical tourism service center
Hainan says a new service center has started operating in the Boao Lecheng pilot zone to connect consultation, referral, rehabilitation and travel-support steps for medical-tourism visitors.

Hainan's provincial government said on May 30 that the Lecheng International Medical Tourism Service Center had been established in the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone on May 29.
According to the official notice, the center is intended to help build a full-chain service system covering consultation, referral, rehabilitation and wellness, and cultural-tourism support. The same notice says it will coordinate resources from more than 40 medical institutions in the zone and create cross-institution information-sharing and response mechanisms.
For PatientChina readers, this is a service-organization update rather than a promise about appointment availability or treatment suitability. Travelers should still confirm the exact hospital, department, language support and admission requirements directly with the licensed institution they plan to visit.
