Answer: The National Immigration Administration said on December 5, 2025 that the official online arrival-card filing service is free of charge and should be accessed only through NIA's official website, government service platforms, the NIA 12367 app, and the NIA 12367 WeChat and Alipay mini programs. The notice says counterfeit websites have been charging travelers improper fees by pretending to be the official channel.
If you cannot submit information in advance, the NIA also says smart devices and paper arrival cards remain available at ports of entry. This is immigration-process guidance, not medical advice, and patients should still keep passport, itinerary and hospital-registration details aligned across all travel documents.
