International Services Shanghai reported on June 4 that the Changshou Subdistrict Immigrants' Integration Service Station had begun operations in Putuo district. The official summary says it offers consultations on entry-exit rules, accommodation registration for foreigners, visa and permanent-residence policies, legal education and daily-life services.

For medical-travel visitors, accompanying relatives and longer-stay rehabilitation travelers, this kind of neighborhood support can reduce paperwork friction after arrival, especially when a hospital visit also requires local address registration or follow-up immigration questions.

The station is not a substitute for formal approval by immigration authorities. Travelers should still verify directly which documents are required for their status, where in-person processing is mandatory and how quickly any update can be completed.
