Yangpu expands app-based community nursing access across 10 health centers
Shanghai says nine Yangpu community health centers joined Meituan in May for community nursing packages, bringing the district to 10 connected centers with services such as wound dressing changes, PICC maintenance, suture removal and respiratory testing.

International Services Shanghai reported on May 26 that nine community health centers in Yangpu joined the Meituan local-services platform in May, after New Jiangwan Town Community Health Center went online earlier in the year.
According to the release, Yangpu now has 10 connected community centers and says the nursing packages include home-based wound dressing changes, PICC maintenance, suture removal and respiratory testing. For patients who need follow-up support after a hospital visit, this points to broader district-level access rather than a single pilot site.
Patients should still confirm directly with the licensed provider whether a service is available for their address, whether a doctor's order is required, what languages are supported and which fees are out of pocket.
